Do you have a free trial account I could try your service out?

Yes we do. You can try out the service with the Lite plan which is a free account.

What are the limitations on the free account?

The free account has a limit of 50 registrations after which the registration form is shut down.
Free account websites will also have ads running throughout the website and only 5 megabytes of disk space. In addition to this, free account members do not have access to the email and SMS notification systems.

However, an email and a text message (SMS) is still sent out to all participants to the event.

When am I supposed to pay the renewal charges?

You can pay the renewal charges anytime before the day the account expires. We will raise an invoice and send you an email 10 days before your account is set to expire. If you plan on renewing the services, you are requested to make the requisite payment within those 10 days.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

You can upgrade your account from your payments page.

To downgrade your account, simply renew your membership the next month with the plan you wish to downgrade to.

If I cancel my account, will I be refunded the balance amount (if any)?

If you cancel your account mid-month, you are still billed for the entire month and as such, we do not refund any balance amount.

How can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account by contacting us from the contact us page.

What modes of payments do you accept?

As of now, we accept credit cards, debit cards, paypal and net banking online.

Why don’t you store my credit card number and bill me monthly automatically?

To make the service entirely risk free for you, we do not save your credit card number on our servers. In this manner, you are completely in control and can renew whenever you feel like.
